Birth Choice of San Marcos offers free services to women who are pregnant or have faced an unexpected pregnancy.
Thanks to community support from organizations, churches, businesses, and caring individuals, all the costs are covered by people who believe in helping through Birth Choice. We're a faith-based 501(c)3 group that doesn't make money from providing pregnancy care.
We think that every woman, no matter her financial, religious or martial status, should be treated with care and respect during and after pregnancy. We want to give women information about their bodies so they can make choices, and we support them no matter what decision they make.
